Dreams for Women

In late 2007, Antigone Magazine launched a Feminist take on PostSecret. But this postcard art project and fundraiser doesn’t ask what your secrets are – we want to know your Dreams for Women.

What are your dreams for yourself, your friends, your sisters, your daughters? Paint, draw, write, sketch, or decoupage your dreams on a postcard
and send it to us.

Donations received from the Dreams for Women project will help launch the Antigone Foundation, a national organization that will encourage young women aged 10-30 to become politically and civically engaged, and to actively participate in leadership roles.

Since the beginning of 2008, the Dreams for Women project has been acclaimed by our friends over at Feministing, been featured in The International Museum of Women’s Women, Power, and Politics online exhibition, and has gained international popularity!

We are still asking for submissions- so forward this on! We post submissions every two weeks on the blog.
